The Center for Disease Dynamics, Economics & Policy (CDDEP) stands in solidarity with the Black community to fight racial injustice in the United States and beyond. We are deeply saddened and angry over the killings of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor as well as the weaponized racism used against Chris Cooper, in recent weeks. These individuals and these events, among countless others not captured on social media, are another illustration of the systemic racism and oppression of Black Americans that has and continues to plague our country. We are committed to fighting against social injustices in our communities. Black Lives Matter.
