Africa

One Health Trust’s work in Africa spans several countries and focus areas. We support and lead clinical, translational, economic, and policy research on antimicrobial resistance, emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, disease surveillance, and health systems strengthening. We work closely with local and regional partners including the World Health Organization and the Africa Union. Our work in the region has been supported by the Wellcome Trust and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, among other funders and partners.
