On day 70 of each state’s COVID-19 outbreak (70 days since 20 confirmed cases), Delhi had the highest rate of cumulative COVID-19 cases per 1 million population (880), followed by Maharashtra (387), Gujarat (259), Rajasthan (105), Madhya Pradesh (102), and West Bengal (78).
