Vaccines as Important Tools to Control Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR)

This poster was presented by Global Antibiotic Resistance Partnership (GARP)-South Africa Coordinator, Dr. Elloise du Toit of the University of Cape Town at the International Conference on Infectious Diseases (ICID) on the use of vaccines for antimicrobial resistance control in South Africa.

The 20th ICID 2024 in Cape Town has brought together over 2,500 infectious disease experts from 100+ countries, covering all aspects of infection in a One Health context. This landmark event is a global platform for sharing innovative solutions, advancing clinical knowledge, and tackling infectious diseases with cutting-edge science and prevention strategies.
