
Overview
The Global Antibiotic Resistance Partnership (GARP)-Uganda team held its inaugural kick-off meeting in Kampala on June 19, 2023. Since then, the GARP-Uganda technical working group – a partnership between the One Health Trust, The Uganda National Academy of Sciences, and local antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and immunization stakeholders – has endeavored to provide evidence and recommendations on how to leverage vaccines in the fight to control AMR in Uganda.
