Rajakishore Tripathy

Mr. Rajakishore Tripathy is the Site Manager at Nimai Valley in India.

He oversees daily facility operations, site administration, and infrastructure management at the campus.

Before joining OHT, Mr. Tripathy worked as an Administrative Assistant at CAE Simulation Training Private Limited in Bengaluru, managing end-to-end administrative functions, including specialized import and export logistics and compliance for high-value equipment. Prior to this, he spent seven years (2015–2022) as an Admin Executive at Wells Fargo in Bengaluru, where he gained experience in vendor and procurement management, contract negotiations, invoice processing, space and inventory management, and team leadership.

In addition to his corporate experience, Mr. Tripathy has spent over two years promoting natural farming initiatives in Odisha. He has collaborated with local agricultural communities and Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) scientists to implement sustainable farming practices and support local growers.
