Bhumika Shori

Bhumika Shori is a Summer 2025 intern at OHT and a student at Princeton University, based in New York.

During her internship, Bhumika contributed to OHT’s Global Antibiotic Resistance Partnership (GARP) team, focusing on advancing practical solutions to antimicrobial resistance (AMR) through research, communication, and policy engagement. She supported national efforts emphasizing vaccines as a core strategy in AMR prevention, developing evidence-informed materials for stakeholders and decision-makers, including policy briefs and blog posts. Through this work, she helped strengthen the bridge between scientific research and policy, ensuring national strategies are both evidence-based and feasible.

Bhumika is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, with minors in Statistics & Machine Learning and Global Health.

Her research interests include artificial intelligence in medicine, infectious diseases, and global health.
