Manoj Govil

Project Officer

Dr. Manoj Govil is OHT’s Project Officer based in Uttar Pradesh, India.  

At the One Health Trust, Dr. Govil is working with researchers on the OxygenforIndia initiative to address critical oxygen shortages in India by building a stable and reliable oxygen supply system.  

Prior to joining OHT, Dr. Govil worked as a Consultant in the Respiratory Care Program (Oxygen Ecosystem) with PATH India in Odisha, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and the northeastern states of the country.  

He has worked with renowned organizations, such as USAID, UNICEF, PSI (India), SIFPSA (DAP unit), Pushpanjali Crosslay Hospital (formerly known as Max Super Specialty Hospital, Vaishali), and VIMHANS- NMC Hospital, New Delhi. Dr. Govil has also served as a Consultant to the Health and Beyond Foundation (HABF) and assisted the organization in various healthcare assignments, such as assessing Health and Wellness Centres (HWC) in Uttar Pradesh (both converted and non-converted).  

He received an Honorary Doctorate (PhD) in Administration from All India Institute of Public & Physical Health Sciences (AIIPPHS) State Government University, Delhi; an MA in Sociology from Madurai Kamraj University, Madurai; and an MPH from Nagaland Open University.
