About This Job
The One Health Trust seeks a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and on-ground management of Nimai Valley, a residential research and hospitality campus in the Nandi Hills region of Karnataka, India.
The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and security of the campus. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and service providers while supporting the operational requirements of guests, residents, events, and institutional activities.
The Site Manager will serve as a key on-ground point of contact for campus operations, ensuring that buildings, utilities, common areas, facilities, and services are well maintained and that operational issues are identified and resolved promptly.
The position is based at Nimai Valley in Chikkaballapur, Karnataka, India.

Role Overview
The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Nimai Valley campus, ensuring that the site remains safe, clean, functional, and ready to support residential stays, events, meetings, and institutional activities.
The role combines site operations, facilities and maintenance oversight, housekeeping and landscaping, security and safety, vendor and contractor management, inventory and asset management, and operational reporting.
The Site Manager will work closely with Management and relevant internal teams to coordinate operational requirements, monitor ongoing work, address issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks across the campus.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in administration, facilities management, site management, office management, or related operational roles.
- Experience managing large campuses, resorts, educational institutions, research facilities, hospitality properties, or similar environments is preferred.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external service providers.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Good vendor and contractor management experience.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and facilities operations.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, and other building maintenance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond effectively to operational issues.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and workplace compliance is preferred.
