Roshni Desai
Roshni Desai is a Summer 2025 intern at OHT and a student at the Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University, based in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.
During her internship, Ms. Desai supported OHT’s Communications Team by summarizing key findings from newly published research across human, animal, and environmental health. Her contributions were featured in the One Health Trust’s weekly digest, which reaches thousands of readers worldwide.
Ms. Desai holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Disease Biology from the University of California, Davis.
Her research interests include environmental determinants of infectious diseases, outbreak response, emergency preparedness, health security, and operationalizing the One Health approach.
