Turjya Laskar

Turjya Laskar is a PhD candidate based in Bangalore, India, pursuing Data Sciences for Global Health, a program jointly offered by BITS Pilani and the One Health Trust.
Before pursuing his PhD, Mr. Laskar worked as a statistical consultant in the department of community and family medicine at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Gorakhpur, India.
Mr. Laskar received a master’s degree in Biostatistics from the Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India
His research interests include antimicrobial resistance, biostatistics, epidemiology, health behaviour, and education.
