The video, called “Living it Up: Bugs vs drugs, the battle againt superbugs”, covers the history of antibiotic use and the spread of resistance among human populations. The hosts highlight the spread of antibiotic-resistant bacteria from hospital settings to community settings, using personal stories of superbug infections to underscore the severity of the problem and discussing strategies for preserving the effectiveness of antibiotics.
